Please note that Alexa currently only supports the following languages:

English,
French,
German,
Hindi,
Italian,
Japanese,
Portugese (Brazilian),
Spanish

Therefore it is not required to translate the strings_alexa file in other languages at this point. I will add support for new alexa languages if and when they become available.
